Open daily*, our café offers a seasonally inspired menu featuring homemade dishes, fresh cakes, and locally roasted coffee, all crafted with care using quality Cornish produce wherever possible. Whether you’re enjoying a relaxing drink, a delicious snack, or a hearty lunch, we cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
As a dog-friendly café, we welcome four-legged visitors with fresh water bowls and treats. After exploring the Glen and its famous waterfall, unwind in our tranquil setting and experience award-winning hospitality in the heart of nature.

The Tree of Life Café offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the woodland. In the colder months, settle into our cosy sofas beside a crackling log-burning fire, the perfect spot to unwind with a warm drink. When the weather is fine, take a seat in one of our outdoor areas, where you can listen to the birds singing and the soothing sound of the waterfall nearby.
Why not join us for our Candlelit Suppers held between October and March where our chef Tim Creates three course suppers from around the world.
Whether you’re stopping in for a quiet moment of reflection, a hearty meal, or a delicious homemade treat, our café is the perfect retreat—rain or shine.
Food is freshly prepared onsite and caters for a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.
We also have a dedicated ice cream parlour by the café lawn serving many flavours of the finest Cornish ice cream and milkshakes.
