Tree of Life Café
Tree of Life Cafe at St Nectan’s Glen
The purpose-built and nature inspired Tree of Life Café is a proud addition to the grounds of St Nectan’s Glen.
Open daily*, it is free to access and the ideal place from which to enjoy a drink, snack, afternoon tea, lunch or brunch for the whole family! At the moment we only offer a take-away service with cakes and drinks served in recyclable containers. Please check our daily menus in the café (Food menu currently unavailable whilst offering takeaway).
Our welcoming team are proud to use local Cornish produce wherever possible, including locally roasted coffee and loose-leaf tea. All of our food and cakes are homemade and our seasonal inspired menus are created with great taste and flavours in mind.
The Café seats up to 50 people and offers a relaxing, warm and friendly atmosphere with beautiful views. Comfortable sofas next to a log-burning fire for winter beckon, and two outdoor seating areas (one on a balcony complete with blankets for those cooler days) mean there’s plenty of space for relaxing in the sunshine! Indeed, it is the perfect place to stop off for a pit stop come rain or shine.
Food is freshly prepared onsite and caters for a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan.
We also have a dedicated ice cream parlour* (located at the bottom of the building beneath the balcony, on your way to the gift shop/waterfall admissions) serving many flavours of the finest Cornish ice cream and milkshakes – simply delicious!
